John Rogerson

Dr. Rogerson has a diverse background in K–12 leadership, HR, and instructional innovation. Most recently, he served as Director of Human Resources for Elizabeth School District in Colorado, leading efforts in talent management, policy, compensation, and compliance. His past roles include Co-Superintendent of Harrison School District Two, principal at both the middle and elementary levels, and instructional specialist in Illinois. He has led initiatives in AVID, Pre-AP, blended learning, and gifted education. Has presented at national and state conferences, including ISTE, he has also taught graduate courses in leadership, HR, and school finance. Dr. Rogerson brings additional experience in business and the performing arts. He enjoys writing, hiking, the performing arts, and spending time with his wife, Dr. Lana Rogerson, and their family.
